January Meeting Highlights: Despite a snowstorm and bone chilling temperatures, our first meeting of 2008 was well attended by regular members and guests alike. Our guest speaker was Brian Christen of McMurray & Sons Roofing. Brian is a 30-year veteran of the roofing industry and his insights into many of the unique roofing issues encountered here in Central Oregon were enlightening to us all.    2008 Officers Elected: COAREI has elected the following members to serve as its 2008 officers: Alan Keyes - President; Pat Davis - Vice President; Fred Woodworth - Secretary; and Bill Lundy - Treasurer. All have served previously as COAREI officers.    New Members: We’re pleased to welcome our newest member: Barry Glickman of National Property Inspections.
